Winter Trout Fishing
TROUT PERMIT RULES
1. Must always keep permit on your person while fishing.
2. Must present permit to any Davis Police Officer or Turner Falls Park employee.
3. Immediately release fish if you don’t plan to keep them.
4. Permittees may not trade out fish on a stringer for larger fish.
5. Barbless Hooks only.
6. Four (4) fish per permit / day.
7. One (1) permit per person per day.
Turner Falls Park will offer trout fishing this year starting November 13th, 2023.

Stocking begins during November yearly and ends the middle of March (date is subject to change as water temperature determines stock date).
No pets, glass bottles, or fireworks allowed.
Children under 13 must wear a Coast Guard certified life jacket to enter the water.
WINTER TROUT FISHING RATES
WINTER FISHING PERMIT + ADMISSION: $25.00
Park admission is included and anglers can keep 4 fish daily.
Fishing is only allowed at Turner Falls Park during the winter season until park rangers deem water conditions unsuitable for fishing.
An Oklahoma fishing license is NOT required to fish at Turner Falls Park and only barbless hooks are allowed for trout fishing.
