TURNER FALLS PARK AGREEMENT

By purchasing a ticket or creating a reservation with Turner Falls Park I agree to the terms of service and park rules listed on the Turner Falls Park website at the Policy Center. I understand that I am responsible for reading and abiding by all the rules of the park. All check-in/out, cancellation, reservation, and other information may be found on the website. I understand that breaking any of the rules listed on the website can result in my removal from the park. I understand that all children 12 and under are required to wear a coast guard certified flotation device at all times while in the water. I understand that swimming is at our own risk. Turner Falls Park is not responsible for any injuries or death while visiting the park. I understand mobile toilets are not allowed to be used in the park. I understand that no pets are allowed in the park. I understand there are no glass bottles, or fireworks allowed. I understand the consumption of alcoholic beverages and use of medical marijuana is only allowed at overnight accommodations, campsites, or designated picnic areas. Customers must provide proper photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Student ID) to validate their ticket or reservation. Purchasing your tickets in advance does not guarantee faster entry into the park, it only guarantees entry into the park. We appreciate your patience as we safely allow guests into the park.

EARLY ARRIVAL UPGRADE

Our overnight guests who have purchased the "Early Arrival Upgrade" are enabled to arrive before the standard check-in time of 4:00PM on the day of their stay, park their car in the free Level 3 parking areas and use their tickets to play in the park.
Level 1 and Level 2 VIP parking passes are available for sale or can be added to your order for your early arrival if desired.
Early Arrival Upgrade is unavailable for RV Sites during the summer season

Valid only for the day of purchase during the posted Day Use Gate Hours
Day Use Structures and VIP Parking guest’s vehicles must have their parking passes properly hung on their rear view mirror at all times

RV Site guests must leave the park upon checkout as the park does not accommodate non-overnight RV parking spots

Overnight guest’s general admission tickets are valid the day of checkout until sunset with the exception of RV guests

OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS POLICY

Maximum Overnight Stay is 14 days
For the convenience of our guests please turn off all radios, TVs, and generators at 10:00 PM. These can be turned back on at 8:00 AM.
No smoking allowed inside overnight accommodation structures
Overnight Accommodations guest’s vehicles must have their parking passes properly hung on their rear view mirror at all times
Customers will be charged 100% of the fee at the time of reservation, whether in person or online. There are no deposits or partial payments.
There is a two-night minimum on weekends in the Summer and during all holidays.
There will be a minimum $250.00 Damage Fee if property is damaged by the guests. These are subject to the discretion of the park manager. Fees will be automatically charged to the card used at the time of booking. Items stolen or removed from the cabin will incur a fee on the card on file.
Overnight accommodations must be made by an Adult (18+) and customers must provide proper photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Student ID) to validate their reservation.

OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

A $20 booking fee per night will always be charged in any cancellation, excluding the 10-Day cancellation in which there is no refund for any of the reservation.
After Check-In has occurred, refunds are subject to the discretion of Park Management.
