Over 31-Days Cancellation Notice

  • Full Refund minus a $20 booking fee per night.

30-Days or less Cancellation Notice

  • Half Refund minus a $20 booking fee per night.

10-Days or less Cancellation Notice

  • No Refunds

A $20 booking fee per night will always be charged in any cancellation, excluding the 10-Day cancellation in which there is no refund for any of the reservation.

Tickets or reservations not used, exchanged, or rescheduled within 30 days of event date are considered void, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

 

By purchasing a ticket for Turner Falls Park or any of its activities, the guest hereby agrees to these terms and conditions. All tickets purchased are non-refundable. No pets allowed in the park. Only dogs which meet ADA guidelines will be allowed in the park - no emotional support pets. All children 12 and under must wear a coast guard certified flotation device while in the water. All general admission tickets and pavilion reservations are good for only one day (Winter from 7:00am–Sunset, Summer from 6:00am–Sunset). All persons must be present at the time of arrival to validate an order completely - If you are arriving in two separate vehicles, you must buy tickets per each vehicle.

Turner Falls Park offers various overnight accommodations and cabins at nightly rates. Overnight permits and reservations DO NOT INCLUDE the price of admission to the park. Mobile toilets are not allowed to be used in the park! Check-in for any type of overnight accommodations begins at 4:00PM - No early check-ins. Purchased Daily Admission is still valid for the day of arrival. Cabin and Shelter check-out is 11:00AM - RV and Primitive Tent Camping check-out is 3:00PM. No late check-outs. Check-In closes at 9:30PM nightly. Gates close at 10:00PM in the Summer Season and 8:00PM Sunday-Thursday and 10:00PM Friday-Saturday in the Winter Season - No Re-entry.

All overnight guests must have valid daily admission tickets for every day they occupy the park before 4:00pm. RV sites must be cleared of trash and RV guests must vacate the site by 3:00pm. There is parking available for overnight RV guests on the day of check-out on Level 3.

Guests will be charged 100% of the fee at the time of reservation, whether in person or online. There are no deposits or partial payments. In order to secure a reservation, complete payment is required. Overnight rental properties are subject to a damages fee for excessive dirtiness, moving, damaging, or disassembling furniture, or damages to the property. The card on file will be charged automatically at the management’s discretion.

Permits for admissions and overnight accommodations must be presented if requested by the park staff or police officer. Vehicles must have visible permits for overnight stays. Each guest must have a valid ticket for every day they occupy the park - No exceptions.

Customers must provide valid photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Student ID) to confirm their reservation before entry. Tickets are non-transferable. Purchasing your tickets & permits in advance does not guarantee faster entry into the park, it only guarantees entry into the park - we appreciate your patience.

In the case of an "Act of God” situation (the park floods, inclement weather, wildfire, etc…) All tickets will be exchangeable for a later date. To exchange your tickets or change reservations please call our customer support number at 580-369-2917 or email customerservice@davisok.city within 10 days of arrival.

 
  1. Honey Creek is subject to flooding at any time during a heavy rainfall. A warning system will be activated when there is a danger of flooding. Park officials will make every effort to warn campers to move to high ground when deemed necessary. Please follow instructions and DO NOT cross barricades or attempt to pass through high water.

  2. Climbing on rocks and cliffs is prohibited.

  3. Turner Falls is within the municipal limits of the City of Davis and all state and city ordinances will be enforced.

  4. Maximum speed limit is 10mph inside the park.

  5. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is only allowed at overnight accommodations, campsites, or designated picnic areas and use of medical marijuana is only allowed in your tent. There is no smoking of tobacco/marijuana in any public area or building.

  6. Except for firearms carried pursuant to the Oklahoma Self-Defense Act. Firearms are not permitted inside Turner Falls Park (Including Air Rifles, BB guns, or fireworks).

  7. Turner Falls Park is NOT an off-road vehicle park.  Only registered vehicles with licensed and insured drivers are permitted on the roads inside the park.

  8. Water and electricity are not available at tent sites.

  9. Swim at your own risk. NO SWIMMING AFTER DARK!

  10. For the convenience of our guests please turn off all radios, TVs, and generators at 10:00 PM. These can be turned back on at 8:00 AM.

  11. In order to keep our natural beauty, cutting the trees or shrubs is prohibited.

  12. No pets allowed.

  13. Please use our footbridges as low water crossings are slick and dangerous.

  14. Turner Falls Park is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.
